How do your products differ from the supplements I get at the supermarket?
Our products differ dramatically in both design and production.
We design our products with a narrowly defined purpose: to make quality supplements for the fibromyalgia patient. We don't concern ourselves with what product to make next, but with how to make our next product better. We're trying to do just this one thing to the best of our collective ability.
Our production is different, too, as our chemists play a hands-on role in manufacturing, in addition to their research and design duties. We feel this is essential for both superior quality control and efficient product improvement.
Who makes my capsules?
Your capsules are made in our laboratory by one of our chemists. Our chemists spend about 75% of their time in research and about 25% in manufacturing.
How do I know I'm getting what the label says?
We control every facet of the manufacturing process, from raw materials procurement to final packaging. Our products are tested more than 30 times before they are released for sale, and you can always access the documentation for your individual order.
Will this cure my fibromyalgia?
No. Fibromyalgia is a complex syndrome that is poorly understood. It may last for months or even years, but is not considered a progressive disease -that is, it does not necessarily get worse with the passage of time. Currently there is no cure, and treatment protocols are aimed at managing symptoms. Our products are designed to be but a single component of a comprehensive plan, which may include lifestyle changes, prescription medications, stress management, and more.
Should I use all six formulas?

How long until I notice results?
This depends on many factors, including your symptoms, their severity, and how depleted of essential nutrients your body is, but generally, a few weeks should be sufficient to notice the benefits of our products.
How do I take the supplements?
Every order is shipped with a pamphlet explaining the use of our products. Additionally, each supplement has it's own directions printed on the bottle. Follow the instructions for the particular combination you are taking.

We ship through either UPS (Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day) or the US Post Office (Parcel, Priority, or Express). Shipping charges are based on weight and are calculated by the designated courier; we do not add any handling fees.
